Why harvested batteries

Disposable vapes contain small rechargeable lithium cells that get thrown in the trash by the millions every week — even though they're perfectly good batteries. Revolt Kits builds cheap, open-source electronics kits around exactly that cell, so a battery headed for landfill becomes the power source for something you build yourself.

How it works

  1. Order the kit

Pick a kit, check out through Stripe, and it ships with everything electronic — no cart, no account needed.

  2. Harvest your battery

Pull a 13350 lithium cell (~3.7V/500mAh) out of a dead disposable vape. That's your power source.

  3. 3D print the case

Print the housing yourself or at a library makerspace, using the free STL files.
